TORONTO, ON: The Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) is calling on ex-Premier Dalton McGuinty and current Premier Kathleen Wynne to formally apologize to Ontarians for their roles in cancelling the gas plants in Oakville and Mississauga, costing taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars. McGuinty took responsibility during his testimony for moving the plants and confirmed it was his decision, but he never apologized and claims he was in the dark over the explosive costs revealed last week.
