As you're no doubt aware - despite the fact that the first 'I' in ISIS stands for 'Islamic' - ISIS is not an Islamic organization. Since Islam is a peaceful religion, and ISIS is anything but peaceful, ISIS must be something else. President Obama is not quite sure what that is.
