James Rosen is a guy who knows a thing or two about being unfairly targeted by Obama administration surveillance. As he mentions in the segment below, Eric Holder improperly had him designated a criminal co-conspirator and a flight risk in order to "rifle through" his phones and emails. This, of course, is something the oh-so-pious left claims the previous President would never do. In fact, dare to suggest that Obama (or his admin allies) would do such a thing, and you'll be subjected to an epic poem of faux outrage.
