Classical definition would encompass leading, communicating, decision making and managing the affairs of a corporate entity to ensure that all its stakeholders’ issues are addressed and the shareholders’ interests are fulfilled. Going by this definition would it not be the responsibility of any CEO to juxtapose the expenses and revenues, both real and projected, while trying to maintain a healthy profitability?
