A conservative legal group has filed a federal civil rights complaint against DICK’S Sporting Goods for offering a financial benefit for abortion without an equivalent benefit for childbirth.
The group also alleges the company violated the law through woke hiring practices centered on race and sex.
America First Legal’s (AFL) Center for Legal Equality filed the complaint Wednesday, asking the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to launch an investigation into DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. for alleged civil rights violations.-- More...
