As we discussed yesterday, most of Mary Landrieu's reelection narrative has been built around distancing herself from her party's highly toxic President. Her ads even cite Barack Obama by name, instructing voters to ignore Landrieu's Obama-centric voting record. "Shut up, don't think about Obama, and vote for Mary" has pretty much been the mantra for Louisiana Dems.
