Surely Maxine Waters voted to impeach Bill Clinton for perjury and obstruction of justice, yes? (Just kidding. She didn't.) You'd think that if one's standards for impeachment were this low, just about any president would be in line for Maxine's ziggy.
Hey. The Constitution says impeachment is for high crimes and misdemeanors. I suppose that's open to interpretation, although it's awfully ironic that someone would try to apply it for pointing out what a criminal someone else is. Maxine Waters is nothing if not novel:
