I was inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt that it was probably just a bad attempt at a joke. Then he immediately tried to make it about Trump and I started feeling less generous. Now granted, he says right in the interview that the kiss comment at the beginning is a joke, but then he does it again at the end. Watch:
