CALGARY--Onerous municipal regulations for residential development are reducing the supply of new homes (houses, condos, townhouses, etc.) in Canada's biggest cities and contributing to rising home prices, finds a new study released today by the Fraser Institute, an independent, non-partisan Canadian policy think-tank.
