Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare faced with rapidly rising electricity costs TORONTO, ON: Documents obtained by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) reveal that the electricity bills for Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare have faced a steep increase over the last five years. The documents show bills that are increasing, growing from $825,816 in 2013 to $1,091,278 in 2017, an increase of over 32 per cent.
