Its only fitting that Egyptian President Sisi is heading the effort to pick up the pieces from the Arab spring and somehow glue them all back together. As many experts predicted, sooner or later the Arab League would have to address the chronic problems in Yemen. And by proxy the problems in the Middle East and North Africa too.
