Former FBI Director James Comey has released his opening statement ahead of tomorrow's testimony. If you dig in, you'll probably come to the conclusion that Comey's memos are going to end up being the lettuce on a big nothingburger. After all, Comey's statement basically corroborates every single thing President Trump has been saying for months. Still, you'll also be able to see which direction Democrats are going to spin the witch hunt. It all really boils down to the following passages.
