WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY CAN'T TRACK THE MONEY??? ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS ASK THE IRS TO ACCESS SOME OF THE DNC AND TOP DEMS IN CONGRESS BANK ACCOUNTS, THAT'S WHERE MOST OF THE CASH WENT, HELL THEY COULD CHECK THE CLINTONS AND OBAMAS BANK ACCOUNTS TOO.
