This is theft.
He has to pay for HER electricity. I guess she has never paid an electricity bill.
The entitlement attitude should have been met with
a phone call to the police to report the theft
a charge of trespassing with intent to steal electricity
a charge of deliberate theft
as well as simple trespass of private property
Her attorney husband can't deal with it, its a clear conflict of interest.
