I've never heard an inaugural address like that. There has never been an inaugural address like that. President Donald J. Trump stared down the entire Washington establishment - literally - and told them their time of hording power at the expense of the American people is over. He did it as he was surrounded by the very people who have kept this racket going for decades, knowing full well that they were cursing him under their breaths for it.
