More than $1 billion worth of missiles, kamikaze drones, and night-vision devices that the U.S. has sent to Ukraine have not been appropriately tracked by U.S. officials.

A report filed by the Pentagon concludes, raising concerns they could be stolen or smuggled at a time Congress is debating whether to send more military aid to Ukraine.

Why would they consider sending more when they cannot account for billions in missing inventory for the second time?

Meanwhile, U.S. Army employee Janet Yamanaka Mello stole $100 million from the U.S. Army over six years.

Through improperly filed paperwork and the lack of oversight with our military spending, she was able to funnel the money.

She purchased millions in real estate and other exotic personal items, yet no one noticed; you would think with background checks and credit checks, ran on these employees someone would have noticed.

If this went unnoticed or ignored, wouldn't that mean we could also be missing billions more in money and weapons?
