I think Rob has a bit more appreciation for their musical stylings, so he's free to weigh in and tell me I'm a tasteless clod if he likes. (It wouldn't be the first time.)
But didn't Bono kinda sorta embrace W. a few years back for his work against AIDS in Africa? Even weathering some heat from his fellow leftists for daring to admit their bogeyman of the day just might be a decent human being? That seems hard to square with this, but I guess Bush Derangement Syndrome had nothing on TDS.
