-- BombThrowers: It’s always entertaining when one faction representing a leftist value goes to war with another faction committed to a different leftist value. The most common example I can think of is when greens fight the construction of a pipeline on the grounds it will somehow hurt the environment, while the labor movement, excited at the prospect of new jobs being created, will eagerly throw its no-growth brethren under the bus.
But the example of left-wing infighting brought to us today by Sean Higgins in the Washington Examiner is especially delicious. He reports
The Council on American-Islamic Relations, the nation’s most prominent Muslim civil rights group [sic], is resisting an effort by the Service Employees International Union to organize its staff
The Comment section of online publications is the new front in the ongoing Cancel Culture Battle.
Big Tech and Big Media are gunning for the Conservative Voice—through their Comment Sections.
