TORONTO, ON: Documents obtained by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) reveal that the electricity bills for the West Parry Sound Health Centre have faced a steep increase over the last six years. The documents show bills that are increasing, growing from $854,420 in 2012 to $1,222,244 in 2017, an increase of 43 per cent.
