There's so much feigned fury being displayed by all our political leaders, and so much hand-wringing by so many "ordinary" citizens over the shenanigans in Ottawa that foreigners must think that Canada has suddenly turned into one of those hapless failed states where the military is about to oust the whole sorry crew that imagine themselves as leaders of this great Dominion.
