Growing up in the beautiful Canadian Province of British Columbia I had a lot of heroes in my life. The one who always stood out among the crowd was John Wayne. I was a young lad during his early career but there was nothing like a movie whether it be a good western or a great war saga with John Wayne coming to the rescue. I can still hear the hooves of the horses and the sound of the cavalry bugle as he led the charge to save his country.
