Are you happy? If you have the willingness and you have the desire to do what it takes to bring constant joy in to your perhaps drab existence, I can tell you a way. It is not religion, it is not a healing retreat, you don't have to go up a mountain and wait for an eclipse or a full moon, you don't have to do a triple bonanza weight-loss toxic cleanse or a body-part enhancement, you don't have to lay prostrate on the floor praying to your Almighty to come and deliver you although that will work in certain circumstances. It isn't drugs or booze.

Whether you believe in God, Jesus, the Torah, the Koran, Moses, Mohammed, Allah, the Buddha, is irrelevant. The fact that there is wisdom within those beliefs that will certainly assist you in your quest is a bonus, but that is your decision. In fact it will take you deeper into your own positive personal beliefs Here is the way: Listen to the 7-cd series of The Power of Now, by Eckart Tolle. But listen, not once -- keep on listening. You will understand what you can do for yourself to live in constant joy. Not in a silly way as if in a frivolous trance, nor as a mindless robot, but as a way of life. Once you have it, it won't leave you. You will enjoy it so much that you'll take steps to learn how to keep it--and by doing so it will increase. It is a quiet, personal inner knowing that all is o.k. You will want to tell others. You will and so will they. Your own faith will increase. Each time you listen you will hear something that may not have registered before. The futility of living in the past, such as dwelling on missed opportunities, remembering a long-held grudge, and building up that mountain of grudges by dwelling on bad things that have happened, creates a sense of bitterness which gradually begins to manifest negative characteristics in the psyche which can only produce unpleasant characteristics. You cannot be happy if your persona is unhappy. It's as simple as that. Many people carry grudges and unforgiveness throughout a lifetime never realizing that as long as they do joy will escape them. There is not one valid reason to do so. It is wasted time, wasted life. Your life. What the CD series will teach you is about you and why you think like you do. The bottom line is unless you discover the truth about you, the song inside you will never be sung. If you are serious, listen to The Power of Now by Eckart Tolle. Chapters/Indigo/Coles carry it, probably others also. Email me and let me know what you think.
