State Department that's giving Iran the bomb is terribly worried about its employees' 'microaggressions'

As you're probably aware, "microaggressions" are the newest weapon in the race-baiter's arsenal. Since actual, overt, racism is rare in the United States, the left had to come up with a way to pretend it pervades each and every second of our everyday lives. So, they started nitpicking the smallest - and usually most harmless - bits of speech, desperately searching for something by which they can pretend to be offended. According to State Magazine (the official newsletter of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Human Resources) microaggressions are a very real problem. In a column titled "The New Face of Exclusion: Microaggressions," State Department chief diversity officer John Robinson laments “insensitive questions and comments that leave you feeling a bit uneasy or slighted.”
A: Yes, there really is a State Department chief diversity officer. B: He provides the following quotes as examples of the horrific discrimination taking place despite his best efforts.
"So, where are you from? No, where are you really from?" This question was asked of an Asian-American, who was born and raised in the United States. "It's Amazing what you people with disabilities can do, I couldn't live like you." "Oh, you're transgender? I can't even tell!" "I must say you're really good at your job for a woman, especially considering you have children."

I'm sorry you had to read that. I'm sure it wasn't easy. Robinson reminds us that, while these sorts of comments “are often brushed off as lack of tact or an act of nonmalicious ignorance,” they really "can be detrimental to employee morale and engagement. Left unaddressed, microaggressions can over time lead to workplace conflict and eventually affect operations.” Obviously, we'd hate to think that microaggressions could negatively impact the State Department's efficiency when coddling the planet's dictators. Clearly, Robinson doesn't want to see that happen either. He warns that "severe or pervasive microaggressions based on protected Equal Employment Opportunity categories may rise to the level of harassment under certain circumstances.” Around here, the boss likes to talk about the ways in which government focuses on "the wrong problems." Allow me to say this: If a federal agency spends one second focusing on this garbage - after spending the last two years working to give Iran's barbaric, intolerant, fascist Islamic regime a pathway to nuclear weapons - that agency should serve as Exhibit A in the "Wrong problems hall of fame." Whatever you do, don't call a State Department employee a "hard worker"
