As you're probably aware, "microaggressions" are the newest weapon in the race-baiter's arsenal. So, they started nitpicking the smallest - and usually most harmless - bits of speech, desperately searching for something by which they can pretend to be offended.
According to State Magazine (the official newsletter of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Human Resources) microaggressions are a very real problem. In a column titled "The New Face of Exclusion: Microaggressions," State Department chief diversity officer John Robinson laments “insensitive questions and comments that leave you feeling a bit uneasy or slighted.”
