Bernie the sell-out hypocrite sells out.

Trump: Bernie now 'part of the rigged system' he claims to hate

Today, Bernie took his campaign out behind the shed, shot it, carved its corpse into steaks, and fed it to Hillary Clinton. For months, and as recently as April, Sanders was wailing about how Hillary's various positions were "inaccurate," disastrous," "obscene," "horrific," "nasty," and "unfair." He regularly referred to Mrs. Clinton as unqualified, and said she owed the United States an apology. In short, she was every bit the globalist, corporatist, crony that Sanders claims to despise.
Here's Bernie's greatest anti-Hillary hits as compiled by the fine folks at the Washington Free Beacon: And now - in the space of one speech - he's turned his back on all of that. Now, Hillary is a shining beacon of hope. She's the greatest thing since the invention of sliced bread, which Bernie remembers because he was 23 at the time. Bernie has ended his campaign, endorsed Hillary, and (sorry aging hippies) sold out his legion of grass-roots followers. If you think that has escaped the Donald Trump campaign, you're mistaken. The following statement appeared on Trump's official website:
"Today, Bernie Sanders will be endorsing one of the most pro-war, pro-wall street, and pro-off shoring candidates in the history of the Democratic Party. The candidate who ran against special interests is endorsing the candidate who embodies special interests. The candidate who ran against TPP is endorsing the candidate who helped draft the TPP. The candidate who ran in opposition to globalization is running against the candidate who has led the push for globalization. The candidate who warned that open borders destroy the working class is endorsing the candidate with the most open borders policy in our history. The candidate who wants to reform H1-B visas is endorsing the candidate who supported lifting the caps on H1-B visas. The candidate who wants less war is endorsing the candidate who launched wars in Iraq and Libya and would lead us to a new war in Syria. The candidate who wants to get money out of politics is voting for the candidate who has made a career out of making money from politics.

Bernie's endorsement becomes Exhibit A in our rigged system - the Democrat Party is disenfranchising its voters to benefit the select and privileged few." - Stephen Miller, Senior Policy Advisor The fun thing about this is that, per Bernie's own words, it's basically inarguable. Bernie laid out the case against Hillary in excruciating detail, then decided to embrace the woman he'd been railing against. His supporters were played. To be clear: No sane person ever believed that Bernie Sanders would be the Democratic nominee. Anyone who has even a basic, third-grade, understanding of how the Clintons - and the Democrat party in general - operate, understood that those "feeling the Bern" were destined for disappointment. Still, this has to sting if you truly believed in the Sanders worldview.
