It is about time to start fighting back and say NO and ENOUGH ALREADY to Enviro-Statism and Radical Liberals that seem to be ruling every aspect of our lives lately.
If you live in Calgary, you can start the democratic process by protesting the arbitrary tax on recycling imposed by the City Hall under their Blue Box scam. Check your monthly Enmax bills folks. You are charged for electricity, water, or other utilities DEPENDING ON how much you consume. But the new Waste and Recycling fee is added to the bill REGARDLESS of whether or not you participate in the program or how much you use it.
We are for recycling and a clean and a less polluted city or planet but we highly object to this another tax grab. The City Council is a perfect example of ultra liberals in action, forcing their “vision” and their grandiose projects upon us. Some say it’s only $8 but that’s almost $100 per year. I say next year it will be $200, and $500 the year after. They charge for park and ride, and they’re calling for a mandatory composting program as well. Where does this end???
Oh yeah, the property taxes go up every year too.
We need to counter-attack the “tax and spend” liberal attitude. It’s frustrating. Calgary has almost the most expensive parking in North America (second only to New York). And we have a farmer in Edmonton destroying the oil and gas industry with his “fair share” ever-changing royalty pet project. It’s time to say NO and ENOUGH ALREADY to people in power like Al Gore and Obama who want to control every little private thing or feeling under the pretense that it’s good for us or for environment.
FACT: THE WORLD IS COOLING. This is as good of a fact as their false claim that the world is warming.
Step 1: Call 311 in Calgary and ask them to open a complaint file under your name.
Step 2: Call your Alderman and let them know what you want and warn them how you’ll vote them OUT !!
Step 3: Send an invoice to the City asking for your hard-earned money back. TEMPLATE is ATTACHED.
Step 4: Open up your eyes and ears and be on HIGH ALERT over the fundamentalist liberal agenda.
