Last night I watched part one of a new adaptation of ‘The Day of the Triffids’. In it, the main characters spoke of the rise of the Triffids as a rightful rebellion by plants against the destruction of the planet by mankind.
The ‘Day After Tomorrow’ was predicated on the same kind of intellectual dwarfism, but showed an even more rapid decline into oblivion, in which mankind is at last repentant and has to begin life all over again after being chastised by ‘nature’.
Today, we have the film ‘Avatar’. Phill Kline gave the film a roasting for its “Al Gore environmentalism” theme, in which mankind must protect the planet from destruction. At the end, capitalism is destroyed (and with it the hopes of a better future – money, unfortunately, is needed to pay for everything!), nature triumphs and man is defeated, as the ‘hero’ fights to save ‘mother earth’. In this scenario, China’s enforced abortions are seen as spiritual.
Many TV and film offerings and ads nowadays are built around the green idea of mother earth, hateful mankind, and a need to destroy ones’ own existence, so that animals and plants can at last take over the planet in peace. It is the twisted philosophy of greens, and it is why Gore and hardened greens MUST destroy Christianity. Why? Because the Bible, teaches opposite to Al Gore: God said mankind should rule the earth and everything within it, and could do whatever he liked with the contents. But, then we have green Christians – whose bizarre theology is in heretical contrast to their own Bible!
Yes, it is stupid to chemically ruin our own habitat; yes, it is foolish to make so much waste; yes, it is illogical to farm and produce for the sake of it… but tell that to the EU, who have, for decades, paid farmers to over-produce, store the goods, and then burn them, when millions die of starvation! That’s the same EU that now calls for a green future and to help the Third World! But, the awful deeds of the EU and UN are overlooked and given a new twist in history, as these Gorgons somehow assume the aura of saviours of the world and of the few people they will allow to live. The horrific beasts have been transformed into angels of light, thanks to Hollywood-style reconstructions in film and politics. This is leftist revision of history in the making!
Good Management Needed – Not Greenism
Cutting down on waste, using as few chemicals as possible, being economical with energy… all this is ordinary, everyday good management of resources, whether domestically or industrially. It has nothing to do with being green. But, greens use these ordinary elements to push their totalitarian agenda.
The outpouring of Marxist demands outside the Copenhagen Summit proved the existence of a spider’s web some of us warned against… the web that connects all leftist extremes, from population culling to going back to medieval days as a strategy to destroy money. The greenism is only window-dressing. The real aim is, as we have said before, the overthrow of decency and democracy, and the imposition of Marxism and Fascism.
To put it another way: we can get along quite nicely without going green. It is a pointless exercise, except for the greens, whose hunger for power is supreme.
Like Feinstein, Like Clinton and Gore!
Senator Dianne Feinstein has filed legislation to consign a million acres of the Mojave Desert for conservation (Boston Herald). That this California Senator should so tie-up the resources of a close-to-dead state is astounding. But, it isn’t new. She is only following in the infamous footsteps of Bill Clinton and Al Gore, who got away with a similar piece of imbecilic legislation over Yellowstone, thereby keeping trillions of dollars of natural resources under ground. The Democrats are continually stopping drilling and other use of resources, specifically to bring in Marxist rule and to ruin the US economy… whilst those who bring in the rule are exempt from it and making their fortunes.
The idea is to place wind and solar constructs on the high grounds. Yet, the truest science reports that wind and solar power will not meet the demands of the USA. Again, it is mere window-dressing, a disguise for Marxist intent.
Why else would a leader of the US want to destroy her own country? Why do it, when there are plenty of resources under deserts throughout the USA that could cause America to rise up again? Why ruin its chances of prosperity? The reason is obvious – communism.
Look Forward to Going Backwards
The Copenhagen Summit came and went. But the show aint over yet! Obama and Brown, under orders from the EU and the UN, must get an accord of some kind before the end of March 2010, to replace the ill-fated Kyoto Protocol. And they will do it by any means they can use, whether legal or not. They have already committed obvious treason by handing their countries over to the EU and UN, and acted illegally! But, voters have done nothing about it.
Once our illustrious, lowest-dreg leaders sign us to a deal, we can expect a long ride into oblivion, as the whole world runs backwards at breakneck speed, to satisfy Red desires. There will be an awkward and devastating attempt to be rid of capitalism, but unsuccessfully, because capital is what makes the world go round, at least financially.
Freedoms such as still continue, will be lost, as leaders get their acts together and crush the life out of their countries’ wealth and peoples. Energy will come at a high premium – far too high for ordinary folks to use.
We are going back to medieval days, make no mistake. And it all began with voters who couldn’t recognise the iron fist inside the velvet glove. Those same voters are still beguiled by green stuff. And so the curtain will close on humanity as Soviet-style rule darkens the world stage. Or, will people surprise me and rise up against the monolith of totalitarianism?
