...but days later she was still blaming "the video"

Whistleblower Gregory Hicks briefed Sec State Clinton at 2AM on Benghazi terror attacks

Gergory Hicks, the Deputy Chief of Mission in Libya during the Benghazi attacks, may have been the last person to talk to Ambassador Chris Stevens before he was murdered by Islamist terrorists.
According to testimony today, Hicks claims that shortly after that phone call, at 2AM Benghazi time, he briefed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Hicks says that during the briefing, he referred to the incident as a terrorist attack, and that at no time was it referred to as anything else. He also updated her on the search for Ambassador Stevens who was then still missing and believed to be in a terrorist-controlled hospital. So, that night, while Chris Stevens was still MIA, Hillary had already been informed that the attack on the compound was terrorist oriented.

There was no mention of a spontaneous demonstration, and no mention of the horrible, dastardly, and generally unpleasant YouTube video which the administration blamed for the alleged "uprising." Then the administration began blaming demonstrators and YouTube movies. "I was stunned. My jaw dropped, and I was embarrassed," Hicks said of Susan Rice's Sunday show appearances. Hicks also said that "The YouTube video was a non-event in Libya." So, the question becomes; exactly how did we go from a briefing like the one described by Hicks, to the Rice talking points, to the travesty of what occurred when four flag draped bodies returned to American shores? Days later, they were still referencing mobs and internet videos as the impetus for the September 11th attacks. After that speech, she even told the father of slain SEAL Tyrone Woods that she was going to “make sure that the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted.” Now that testimony shows she was well aware that there was NEVER any indication of the fabricated demonstration, it will be very difficult to dodge responsibility for the decisions that were made in the wake of the attacks.
