VIDEO: Cancer patient shows up at Gary Peters's house to ask why he's trying to silence her

Wow. Now it's getting real. Julie Boonstra, a cancer patient under attack by Democrat Gary Peters and the liberal media for publicly telling the story of her ObamaCare nightmare, has no intention of backing down. Yesterday Boonstra showed up at Peters's house, intending to ask why he is trying to silence her. No one answered the door, of course, and she left a note.
Here's the video from Americans for Prosperity. Dang.

Right on, Julie. The attempt by Peters and his media allies attack Boonstra is one of the most detestable things I've ever seen in politics. And the more you look at the case they're making against her, the more you realize just how flimsy and dishonest it is. Look at how she explained her problem in this interview on Fox News with Steve Doocy:

Washington Post "fact checker" Glenn Kessler took her to task by adding up her new lower premium and the new cap on her yearly out-of-pocket expenses and concluding that she is no worse off than she was before. That not only assumes that the insurance works exactly the way it appears on the ObamaCare web site - and Kessler should know better than to assume that - but it also completely misunderstands Kessler's problem as originally put forward in the AFP ad. Under her old plan, which she lost because of ObamaCare, she knew exactly what she was going to spend every month, and she could budget for it. Now she has no idea from one month to the next what her out-of-pocket expenses will be. And when they exceed what her income allows, it presents a huge cash flow problem. It's fine for Kessler to say that over the course of the year she might come out even - maybe that's true and maybe it's not - but what do you do if you're presented with a bill it will take you six or seven months' worth of cash flow to pay, and it's expected of you right now? Under her old plan, she never had that problem. Now she does. Thanks, ObamaCare! Gary Peters and his lawyers are threatening TV stations running the original ad, claiming Boonstra is a liar based on Kessler's opinion piece - er, sorry, "fact check" column - which completely misunderstands Julie Boonstra's problem. And as you can see, she is not taking it lying down. Awesome. Let's keep the pressure on Gary Peters and his media allies for attacking this courageous woman. And let's make the point as much as we need to that media "fact checkers" like Glenn Kessler are not anyone's arbiter of the truth.
