Ferguson rioters throw rocks at MSNBC host Chris Hayes during live broadcast

If you've ever had the misfortune of enduring MSNBC programming, you're probably familiar with liberal icon Chris Hayes. He used to host the network's weekend morning show, and now anchors "All in with Chris Hayes" weeknights at 8 P.M. Recently, Hayes was doing his pre-pubescent Edward R. Murrow routine on the streets of Ferguson when things turned ugly.

While shouting "tell the true story," rioters began lobbing rocks at Hayes, who was protected by the quick reflexes and strong arms of MSNBC's current weekend host, Craig Melvin. Fortunately, the cameras were rolling. Obviously, these are not regular MSNBC viewers. If they were, they'd know that telling "the true story" isn't what the network does. Still, it's hard to blame the rioters. Anyone who's been forced to watch MSNBC has probably wanted to lob a few rocks at the hosts. Unfortunately, a few stones are probably not going to change the way the Democrats' propaganda channel does business.
