Hillary: Deep-seated religious beliefs have to change so there can be more abortions

Do you oppose abortion because you believe God views all life - including that of the unborn - as sacred and deserving of protection? Well you'd better change that belief! Hillary Clinton thinks its a problem. We need to have more abortions, you see, and that's not going to happen if you keep clinging to the same religious beliefs you've held up to now.

So give it up, suckers. The queen-in-waiting has spoken:
“Laws have to be backed up with resources and political will,” she explained. “And deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed."
Yeah, she really said that, at the Women in the World Summit, whatever that is: I will just remind you that this is a woman who claims no book has influenced her more than the Bible. Of course, she also claims she didn't trade favors for cash when she was Secretary of State, and that she made exclusive use of a personal e-mail server so she would only have to carry one device - even though she carried two. And she claims she learned how to turn $1,000 into $100,000 trading cattle futures by reading the Wall Street Journal. And she claims . . . OK, I think you get the idea. I don't suppose it's Earth-shaking news that one of the most self-involved and dishonest people to stain the political scene in decades has little use for people's deep-seated religious beliefs. People of faith don't tend to vote for her in very large numbers so why even maintain the illusion of being a Christian? The left is culturally predisposed to cheer attacks on Christianity, and they'd really like it if she would give them a reason to get behind her. All she's done lately is claim on the one hand that the so-called 1 percent needs to be "toppled" while simultaneously demonstrating to everyone that she and her husband are the epitome of it. By the way, how exactly is it that women in the United States are "denied access to reproductive health care and safe child birth"? Abortion is legal in all 50 states, and has been since 1973. No hospital can turn a woman away for any reason if she shows up in labor and needs assistance delivering her baby. Am I missing something here? Are rabid Christians blocking the entrances to doctor's office and emergency rooms when pregnant women show up to give birth? The only people who stand in the way of safe childbirth are the abortion champions who can't stand it when any fetus sees the light of day still breathing. Apparently these are the people Hillary not only wants to court, but wants to challenge the very underpinnings of the Bible in order to please. Perhaps Hillary could check with God and see if He would mind changing His principles so more babies can die. While she's at it, maybe she could ask Him if He would also bend the rules so she and Bill can take bribes without having people ask so many nitpicky questions about it. He could always say no. Then again, He already did, which is exasperating Hillary to no end.
