Politico reveals: Arrogance and incompetence - not Russians - doomed Hillary's campaign

As the boss wrote this morning, Democrats are mired in denial about the 2016 election. Since nothing is ever Hillary Clinton's fault (she's always the victim, don't you know) they need someone or something to blame for her spectacular implosion. They've tried to pin it on racism, sexism, bigotry, homophobia, voter fraud, and the FBI, all to no avail. Nothing seems to stick. So now they seem to have settled on "Russian hackers."

Trump's defense of his 'cabinet of millionaires' is 100% correct. Good for him

Last week, the left was attacking Trump because his transition was allegedly in shambles. He hadn't appointed enough people, he didn't know what he was doing, and his administration was headed for disaster before he even took office. It was a ridiculous claim, and it fell apart quickly. They replaced it with a new line of attack. Trump is a megalomaniac who's appointing a cadre of out-of-touch millionaires.

Valerie Jarrett: Donald Trump's win was a 'soul crushing' 'punch to the stomach'

As the Washington Post once pointed out, Valerie Jarrett has earned quite the laundry list of dubious nicknames. At various times, she's been referred to as “the spy," "the night stalker," "the Obama whisperer," and "the human decoder ring." As one of Obama's top advisors she's earned a reputation for being both a shameless toady suck-up and a Machiavellian mastermind. Whatever else she may or may not be, it's clear she's a far-left ideologue who wields an unusual level of power and influence within the Obama White House.

After 5 days of Wisconsin recounts, Trump's lead continues to grow

OK, so admittedly, it's not a huge gain. But still; after all the hub-bub, all the whining, and all the phony platitudes about hackers and fraud, this is pretty delicious. Not only are results in the state not changing, Trump is now up by a net gain of a couple dozen votes. Way to spend millions, Stein, Hillary, and Soros!

Half of Detroit's votes may be ineligible for recount, because 'problems with ballots'

In a way, Michigan is a bit like California. Urban centers vote heavily for Democrats, but the rest of the state has a tendency to break for Republicans. This means a large swath of the population is, at least politically, held hostage by a few failing, very left-wing, cities. This year, the Mitten went red for the first time since 1988, but desperate Dems were hoping Jill Stein's ridiculous recount could "find" enough votes to tip the scales in their favor.

Brace yourself for ...Biden 2020?

Way back in the olden days - 2015 to be precise - I really believed that Joe Biden was going to run for President. It just made sense. Despite his inarguable status as America's touchy-feely gaffe machine, 'Crazy Uncle Joe' has a proven track record of winning.

Nancy Pelosi: 'I don't think people want a new direction'

Probably the most enjoyable aspect of the Democrats post-election meltdown has been their utter inability to figure out why they lost. So far, we've heard them blame racism, sexism, bigotry, "fake news,”

USA Today Washington Bureau Chief: Dem Party 'hollowed out' in for 'world of hurt'

As I've pointed out before, the Democrats didn't just lose an election in November. Their defeat wasn't as simple as one presidential race. As I wrote on Election Day, this one was for all the marbles. Generations of liberal progressive ideology - both past and future - were on the 2016 ballot. Had Democrats won, they would have owned the Supreme Court and the concept of the United States as a constitutionally-limited republic would have been decimated.

Michigan AG files suit to end Jill Stein's worthless recount

Jill Stein's multi-state recount effort is, in a word, worthless. She's admitted as much. There is no evidence of any systemic wrongdoing or errors in either the voting machines or the tabulation. Even proponents of the recount admit it won't overturn any results. Yet, they press on with an expensive effort built upon nothing more than pretense, innuendo, and rumor.

Democrats fail to learn lesson - Pelosi retains leadership position

Good news everyone, the Democrats have learned nothing from their 2016 loss. With a vote of 134 to 63, Dems have kept Nancy Pelosi in her leadership position. This sends a strong signal that they intend to spend the next four years calling everyone racist, sexist, homophobic bigots who hate everyone and everything that isn't white. In short, they're going to be doubling down on everything that cost them the last election.

Romney: 'Trump is the very man who can lead us' to a 'better future'

Before the election, Mitt Romney was probably Donald Trump's most brutally vocal critic. His infamous speech, in which the former presidential candidate railed against Trump's alleged fraud and incompetence, was basically one long litany of insults designed to derail the Trump train. Like Romney's two presidential bids, it failed to have much of an impact.

Watch Tucker Carlson make a fool of a college history professor and Castro apologist

I suppose, after watching it for decades, the left-wing’s contortion act shouldn’t surprise me. They'll ignore any atrocity, turn a blind eye to any body count, and employ the most twisted logic imaginable, as long as the end result serves their agenda. I've watched it play out time and time again. Yet still, when someone is willing to defend the likes of Fidel Castro, I'm rendered speechless.
