Hey, Libs, What about the Employer’s Body?

Published on Christmas Day, the newspaper corroborates numerous testimonies from labor camp survivors taken over the last decade of how, under brutal conditions, Chinese prisoners, including prisoners of conscience, are forced to make products often sold in the West.

Saving Henry

We received a plea for help from a shelter in West Virginia that we work frequently with on Thursday.Henry, the plotthound mix pictured below, was found in WV, after having been walking around lost, having been shot under the eye. They removed the bullet and once he was well enough to leave the vet, they had no choice but to have to send him back to the shelter, where they had no more space, so he would have had to be euthanized via a gas chamber (the shelter has no say in the method of euthanasia, thankfully they work with rescues to get as many animals out as possible).

Sudbury, ON, - Faithful Catholics in Sudbury are thanking God today for having blocked pro-abortion extremist, Justin Trudeau, from being able to influence the hearts and minds of many children at St. Charles College High School. A winter storm caused the board to cancel school buses. An announcement on the Board’s website states that fewer than 100 students were present for the Liberal Leadership hopeful’s address this morning, contrasted with the 1000 it originally planned to pack into the school’s amphitheater.

More Money for Pensions Means Less Money for Roads

Wyoming's state pension plan does not have enough money in it to pay state employees their promised pensions. To fix that, legislators may increase contributions to the plan. The question is where will the money come from? State employees, taxpayers or both? Government is looking for ways to strengthen the plan but like so much of government policy these days, it is avoiding a long-term solution, leaving both taxpayers and pensioners at risk.

UN-Palestine one-state “art” - still up at the UN

This article by Anne Bayefsky originally appeared on Breitbart.com. The UN is now hosting in the public entrance hall of its New York headquarters a Palestinian exhibit which includes pieces that artfully depict all of Israel as Palestine. The display goes hand-in-hand with the logo featured at the top of the cover page of the speech that Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas’ delivered to the General Assembly on November 29, 2012.
