Earlier, Dan shared the video of Hillary Clinton accepting "complete responsibility" for her embarrassing 2016 loss. Then, as Hillary always does, she turned around and blamed everyone and everything else. Her version of taking responsibility means paying lip service to her failures, before dredging up scapegoats like FBI Director James Comey, Wikileaks, Russia, misogyny, and fake news.
Even as she does a perfunctory mea culpa, she's playing the victim card. She just can't help herself.
