Yesterday, I asked why anyone would ever be surprised that CNN would stack the deck in their gun control "Town Hall." Gun control, along with socialized medicine, is one of their two ideological holy grails. Anyone who's watched CNN for any length of time knows that. CNN issued a strong denial, but they've done this sort of thing in their debates and in their coverage, so it's no stretch to think they'd do it here.
Still, there are those - even in conservative media - who doubt Colton Haab's claim that CNN had refused to let him ask his question, and instead scripted a question for him. I'm not sure why. Most of the raised eyebrows leaned heavily on the idea that "CNN probably didn't want him to run through a speech, so they edited whatever he presented."
