Dem Gun Confiscator Tacitly Admits Gun Control Wouldn’t Work

Dem Gun Confiscator Tacitly Admits Gun Control Wouldn’t Work
One of the more despicable Congress-critters is Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.), a man with utter contempt for Truth. He was on Tucker Carlson Tonight last evening pushing for confiscation of AR-type rifles and spinning like a dervish with rocket boosters. But let’s forget that while Swalwell wrote an op-ed calling for gun confiscation, it’s not really confiscation, according to Swalwell. Let’s forget that what he labels “assault weapons” are just semi-automatic rifles that happen to have a military-style appearance (much like putting a Porsche body on a Hugo chassis). Let’s forget that he claimed his AR-species confiscation plan would “keep kids safe,” ignoring that the most recent shooting, in Santa Fe, was perpetrated with a .38 pistol and a shotgun. Most significant is that, amidst his pseudo-Machiavellian babbling, he contradicted himself and refuted his own argument.

Somali Muslim Immigrants Stealing MILLIONS in Welfare from Minnesota

Somali Muslim Immigrants Stealing MILLIONS in Welfare from Minnesota
They came to the U.S. as supposed “refugees,” but now it has been discovered that a number of Somali immigrants are stealing hundreds of millions in American welfare money that they are literally shipping back to Africa stuffed in suitcases. Worse, the cash is going to fund the various Islamist terror armies there.

Could you remind me why, exactly, is it a bad thing to put a temporary halt to immigration from Muslim countries, again?

Esquire magazine editor-at-large wants to ‘take your guns. All of your guns. Right now.’

Esquire magazine editor-at-large wants to ‘take your guns. All of your guns. Right now.’
“No one wants to take your guns.”  As I’ve written before, that’s always been the left’s most easily identifiable lie. It’s never even been a question. Of course they want to take your guns.  They want to strip you of your rights, eliminate your ability to defend yourself, and eradicate even the notion that you could resist their efforts to make you subservient to (and dependent on) the federal government.  That’s their goal. That is the endgame.

BELLEVUE, WA – In the wake of another school shooting in America, it is time to ask the gun prohibition lobbying groups now exploiting the tragedy why they never blame the murderer, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms noted today.

“Over the weekend,” said CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb, “Michael Bloomberg’s Everytown for Gun Safety was quick to push its gun control agenda, and the Alliance for Gun Responsibility was asking for donations to ‘take a stand…against the gun lobby.’ When was the last time either of these groups demanded swift justice and certainty of punishment for the actual perpetrators?

Mother: Texas school shooter targeted one of his victims after she rejected his aggressive advances

Mother: Texas school shooter targeted one of his victims after she rejected his ‘aggressive advances’ at least four times
I’m inclined to say the sexual revolution is more responsible for this one than the Second Amendment. It sounds to me like this guy was an “incel,” and he didn’t like it one bit.

Not only that, but the 16-year-old classmate he hoped would relieve him of his involuntary celibacy ran out of patience with his very aggressive advances, and decided to humiliate him right in class in order to make the point.

School shooter arrested in Santa Fe, Texas; sheriff confirms ‘multiple casualties’

Texas School Shooting
Update: Local media cites a source who says at least 8 people were killed in the shooting.

We’re very early in the reporting here, and you know how that goes. You need to be careful about what you hear and what you report as fact.

What we know is that the school in question is Santa Fe High School, and that’s Santa Fe, Texas, not New Mexico.

Attacking Israel for $100, Defending it for $13
Hamas supporters in Gaza held the world’s first peaceful protest with hand grenades, pipe bombs, cleavers and guns. And Israeli soldiers peacefully defended their country leaving multiple Hamas attackers at peace. The Great Hamas March of Return came with instructions to, “bring a knife, dagger, or handgun, if you have one, and to leave them under your clothes and not use them or show them, except if you identify one of the soldiers or settlers.”

“We will tear down the border,” Hamas Prime Minister Yahya Sinwar had peacefully vowed. “And we will tear out their hearts from their bodies.”

VIDEO: President Trump: “We must stand up for our police.”

President Trump did not mince words towards the criminals that are endangering Americans and killing police officers: “We believe criminals who kill our police should get the death penalty — bring it forth,” he said. “We must end the attacks on our police and we must end them right now.” The president called for the policy change with the backdrop of an event to honor fallen police officers, after recognizing several fallen officers and their families.

Bloomberg’s ‘Epidemic of Dishonesty’ Includes his Own Anti-Gun Efforts

Bloomberg's 'Epidemic of Dishonesty'
BELLEVUE, WA – When billionaire anti-gun former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg launched a tirade during Rice University’s graduation ceremonies over the weekend about an “epidemic of dishonesty” in the nation’s capital, he could easily have been talking about the gun prohibition movement he largely finances, the Second Amendment Foundation said today.

“Bloomberg criticized what he called ‘an endless barrage of lies,’” noted SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb. “But that’s exactly what we’ve seen from the gun prohibition lobby, exemplified by Bloomberg’s Everytown for Gun Safety. From deceptively combining suicide and homicide data to inflate what they call the number of ‘gun violence’ victims, to inflating the number of school shootings which the Washington Post called ‘flat wrong,’ and suggesting that raising the age limit for purchasing firearms and banning modern sporting rifles will somehow prevent mass shootings, the gun control campaign has been built on layers of false promises.

Maybe Schneiderman Needs Self Control, Not Gun Control

Maybe Schneiderman Needs Self Control, Not Gun Control
BELLEVUE, WA – Allegations about physical violence against women that prompted anti-gun New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman to resign late Monday once again suggest a double standard exercised by those who want to “control other people and their firearms, but apparently can’t control themselves,” the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms said today.

Schneiderman, who filed a lawsuit in February against Hollywood movie mogul Harvey Weinstein related to allegations of sexual misconduct, now is accused by four women of engaging in behavior described in published reports as “mental and physical abuse.

The Real Border Problem is Bigger Than a Wall

The Real Border Problem is Bigger Than a Wall
The invading caravan from Central America finally reached the United States. Some members of the caravan crossed the border illegally and were arrested. Others may have made it through undetected.

Still others openly applied for asylum and had their applications processed at the San Ysidro port of entry at the border. They were selected by the radical anti-American group, Pueblo Sin Fronteras, as the best representatives of their invasion of the United States. Others just headed straight for the hills.
