Court Vindicates American Pastor BOSTON, MA - On Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit vindicated the name of Pastor Scott Lively, in an appeal Liberty Counsel filed in June 2017. Lively filed the appeal after winning summary judgment against the foreign LGBT activists, Sexual Minorities of Uganda (SMUG), which had sued Lively in 2012 for sharing his biblical views on homosexuality during three visits to Uganda in 2002 and 2009.

EMMAUS, PA --- The East Penn School District has submitted to Liberty Counsel's demand on behalf of concerned parents and complied with Pennsylvania law, by providing the links to the YouTube videos that were shown to more than 2,000 high school students as part of the district's "Unity Week" and promotion of GLSEN's "Day of Silence." Emmaus High School required the students to watch the videos, which promoted homosexuality, same-sex "marriage" and gender dysphoria, on the school TV system without prior notice to their parents or an opportunity to opt-out.

Roger Gannam with Hal Shurtleff and Camp Constitution teachers BOSTON, MA - Today, Liberty Counsel presented oral argument in its federal lawsuit against the city of Boston and one of its officials for censoring the Christian flag that Boston resident Hal Shurtleff and his Christian civic organization, Camp Constitution, requested to fly on the city's public forum. The city regularly extends to other civic and cultural organizations the freedom to raise their flags on the city hall flagpoles to commemorate whatever events are important to the organizations. The city's application policy refers to the flagpoles as a public forum.
