Parole officer: “Jail Rizzolo for 3 months, extend parole 3 years”

imageLAS VEGAS - During a highly charged two hour hearing Tuesday morning, convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo's parole office Eric Christiansen, in a sealed report, asked U.S. Judge Philip Pro to incarcerate his parolee for a period of three months, and extend his parole for an additional three years. Judge Pro also heard similar requests from United States Attorney Eric Johnson, and Stan Hunterton, attorney for unpaid beating victim Kirk Henry. All motions from Rizzolo's attorney Dominic Gentile were denied including ones to squelch a Judgement Debtor Exam, force the Government to perform provisions of Rizzolo's plea agreement, and strike the modification of his parole.

Rizzolo files redundant Motion with erroneous dates

In what appears to be a last minute, desperate move to continue stalling justice in a criminal case, convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo's attorneys today filed a highly redundant MOTION to try to stop all proceedings at his Parole Violation hearing scheduled for Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Rizzolo's legal team is also asking the court to vacate a Judgment Debtor Exam "currently scheduled for December 17, 2010," even though their request is made eight weeks after the date they reference.

Sally Menke unexpectedly passed earlier this week, Gloria Stuart died after a century of life, filmmaker Arthur Penn left us and comedian Greg Giraldo also died just yesterday. More sad news came today as ABC News reported legendary Academy Award nominated actor Tony Curtis peacefully passed away next to his wife in their bed around midnight last night. The actor is probably best known for playing Antonius in the 1960 epic Spartacus and also starring opposite Jack Lemmon and Marilyn Monroe in Some Like it Hot, the 1959 comedy which has truly stood the test of time.
