Who Broke American Justice?

Who Broke American Justice? No single person is responsible for a broken American criminal justice system.  Nor is any single political party, although the Democrats had a major role in the breakage. The Republican Party followed suit because that's what they generally do. Those pictured above played a significant role – two Judges and three Attorneys General.

Lawlessness can coexist, even thrive, with laws, lawyers, judges and courts

Lawlessness can coexist, even thrive, with laws, lawyers, judges and courtsLawlessness is a state of disorder due to disregard of the law.   That is an incomplete definition. For it neither takes into consideration the nature of the law disregarded, nor the vigor with which an unjust law is sometimes enforced.  Bad law, vigorously enforced, moves a nation toward tyranny.  Good law, negligently ignored, destroys respect for the law.   Very bad laws ruled Nazi Germany between 1933-1945.

America as a Dual State

America as a Dual StateErnst Fraenkel was born into a Jewish family in Cologne, Germany on December 26, 1898. Having served in the German Army during World War I, he thereby avoided the anti-Semitic persecutions of the mid-1930s.  But in 1938, Fraenkel, seeing the writing on the wall, emigrated to England and then, in 1939, to the United States.  His intellectual journey is significant for today.

Global Fascism Advances in America

Global Fascism Advances in AmericaYou saw the word "Fascism" in the title and immediately thought of Adolf Hitler.  Not so fast.  Although America's Democratic Party, in their effort to capture the Executive Branch of the Federal Government, has used several tactics patented by the National Socialist German Workers' Party (AKA Nazis) movement between 1933 and 1945, this is not about Germans, then or now.  So, put Hitler and his immediate European precursor, Italian Fascist dictator Benito Mussolini, aside because this is about now, and all of us.

America’s 21st Century Awakening

America’s 21st Century AwakeningThe title above is wishful thinking without which it would read “America’s 21st Century Demise”. The choice between the road leading to awaking v. demise is in the hands of the U.S. Supreme Court. It alone is the last hope for justice in a Presidential election that was thoroughly corrupted by a political party whose hatred for President Trump, based solely on what he’s been trying to do, has led to extremes only short of assassination.

A swamp too big to drain and a Court too weak to act

A swamp too big to drain and a Court too weak to actIn a split decision, the Supreme Court of the United States will not act to stop the now obvious corruption of the 2020 Presidential election. Their explanation for inaction will be to claim that their jurisdiction does not include intervention in a national election conducted at the state level. Individual states, they will rule, are responsible for managing their own voting processes, without federal intervention—even when there appears to have been gross irregularities.

'Seven Days in May' was precursor of several days in November

'Seven Days in May', was precursor of several days in NovemberThe banner above is a screen shot from the theatrical trailer for a 1964 movie entitled “Seven Days in May”. The trailer is only 3:42 minutes long. Watching it will help read what follows. Based on your age, you may not know of the film or its stars. Kirk Douglas, who starred in the movie, died on February 5, 2020 at 103 years old. You’re likely more familiar with his son, Michael Douglas.

Justice in the Balance

Justice in the BalanceExcerpt from Federalist Papers No. 78, likely written by Alexander Hamilton: “Though individual oppression may now and then proceed from the courts of justice, the general liberty of the people can never be endangered from that quarter; I mean so long as the judiciary remains truly distinct from both the legislature and the Executive. For I agree, that ‘there is no liberty, if the power of judging be not separated from the legislative and executive powers.’ And it proves, in the last place, that as liberty can have nothing to fear from the judiciary alone, but would have everything to fear from its union with either of the other departments.”

Democrats dropped early clues to their election fraud

This is a participatory article that welcomes reader input in the comment section. Before the November 3 election, several Democrats dropped clues as what they had in store for Trump.  Below are just six of those clues. Feel to add any that the authors did not include. The format is:  citation, source, and link.

The Democratic Party shifts deeper into Fascism

The Democratic Party shifts deeper into FascismToday, those who refer to Democrats as "Communists" miss the mark.   The Democratic Party is drifting toward Fascism, not Communism. Never mind the three women of color who claim to have founded Black Lives Matter (BLM), and self-identify as "trained" (where and by whom?) Marxist-Leninists.

Treason is no barrier to the Left’s lust for power

Treason is no barrier to the Left’s lust for powerThere were several clues that something like this was coming. Even before his election in 2016, opposition to Trump gathered to meet in the office of then President Obama. After Trump’s election, that opposition went active.

From Constitutional Republic to Banana Republic

From Constitutional Republic to Banana RepublicThe title of an article that posted here on September 17, 2018 asked: “When it ends, where will all the hate go?” It began: “America’s weariness with the Mueller Investigation grows daily. Sooner or later, though, the saga will end. Then what?  Where will all the Left’s accumulated hatred go?” Now we know the answer to that question.

The Winner of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election is Xi Jinping

The Winner of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election is Xi JinpingThe Republican Party didn’t win the White House. Its political class barely competed. That is, with the exception of a few GOP members of the House and Senate who stood up with, and for, Trump. A Senator from Arkansas. Another from Texas. A third from Missouri. Ranks get thin quick after them.

Where is the outrage from Republican politicians?

Where is the outrage from Republican politicians?
Prelate Ludwig Kass, a Roman Catholic (RC) priest and Deputy in the German Reichstag in 1933, was elected leader of the RC’s Centre Party as a compromise candidate. He quickly moved to the right—toward the Nazi Party—and pushed for a Concordat with the Nazis. His goal was to secure the future of the Roman Catholic Church. He supported the independence of the German executive from the legislature. Another leader of the Centre Party, Eugen Bolz, Minister-President of Württemberg, said, “I have been of the opinion that the parliament cannot solve severe domestic political problems. If a dictator for ten years were a possibility—I would want it.” So, long before 30 January 1933, the Centre Party ceased to be the bulwark of Weimar democracy. Batman Don vs. Joe the Joker with Candy Wallace as referee

Batman Don vs. Joe the Joker with Candy Wallace as refereeThe first Presidential debate of this current silly season brought back memories of the Joe Biden vs. Paul Ryan single Vice-Presidential Debate of 2012. Congressman Ryan, the GOP's Statistics Wonk of that era, came prepared to engage in a serious debate, and Joe the Joker ridiculed poor Paul by not taking him seriously.

Who pays for the damage brought by Black Lives Matter/Antifa?

Who pays for the damage brought by Black Lives Matter/Antifa?Three posts from July 23-August 8, from this author, compare China's Cultural Revolution to Black Lives Matter/Antifa.  The series began with: "The Chinese Communist Party's Cultural Revolution (1966-1976) was the precursor to today's urban protests involving Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa. As America's Cancel Culture spread into several Big Blue Cities, largely governed by Democrat politicians for decades, city officials stood back and let it happen." An example of how Democrats harvest votes

An example of how Democrats harvest votesDemocrats are pushing the notion of mail-in voting, hoping the unsuspecting will think it’s just an extension of absentee voting. It’s not. It’s a means to facilitate voter fraud—also known of “harvesting votes”.
