How the 2024 POTUS election could include a Spoiler

How the 2024 POTUS election could include a SpoilerDonald Trump's effort to recapture the U.S. Presidency is likely to fail.   If Trump is nominated to represent the GOP in the 2024 General Election, he'll face two opponents;
  1. The DNC candidate;
  2. A 'third party' politician, who will guarantee the election of the Democrat candidate.
History confirms that a serious third-party candidate need not represent an established constituency.

Why Elon Musk might pass on buying twitter

Why Elon Musk might pass on buying twitter Twitter is a trojan horse with not near as many soldiers inside as it purports to have. Don’t be shocked if Elon Musk decides not to buy it. Full disclosure: A few years ago, I signed up to tweet. But when I refused to provide my phone number – I already get at least six spam calls a day – the big bird ditched me. I shed no tears. But when Elon Musk got in the queue to buy twitter, I signed up, provided the necessary information, and used the name my parents gave me.

The CCP's Un-Restricted Asymmetrical War on America & the West

The CCP's Un-Restricted Asymmetrical War on America & the WestAbsence an admission of intent, the best explanation for a seriously disruptive event – between individuals and nations – is sought in its subsequent consequences.  The release of Covid-19 from the Wuhan Institute of Virology was likely intentional, as an act of unrestricted warfare aimed at America specifically, and the West in general.

The long cascade of federal government hype

The long cascade of federal government hypeBy the end of World War II, the continuous cascade of federal-government, political slogans were well established.   Back in 1840, it was "Tippecanoe and Tyler too."  In 1912, Wilson's presidential campaign slogan was "The New Freedom".

When Democrats cared about small businesses

When Democrats cared about small businessesNote: Since November 26, 2020, this author has posted several articles on this site that compare the tactics used by the German Third Reich to attain and maintain power with those deployed by today's American Democratic Party, with the same purpose in mind. Clues to understanding current events can often be found in the past. The Rittenhouse trial in Kenosha, Wisconsin refreshed our memories of what happened in multiple Democrat-run cities as mobs looted and burned small businesses, and attacked innocent civilians.

Will America awake from Comfortably Numb?

Will America awake from Comfortably Numb?Hello? Is there anybody in there?  Just nod if you can hear me Is there anyone at home?... Okay, just a little pinprick There'll be no more But you may feel a little sick Can you stand up? I do believe it's working, good That'll keep you going through the show Come on, it's time to go… When I was a child, I caught a fleeting glimpse Out of the corner of my eye I turned to look, but it was gone I cannot put my finger on it now The child is grown, the dream is gone And I have become comfortably numb (Excerpts from Pink Floyd, Comfortably Numb, Live in Pompeii 2016, YouTube, 118,441,965 views)

America's Public School Sausage Factories

America's Public School Sausage FactoriesPublic K-12 education in America is failing.  Not marginally, but miserably Particularly in the Big Blue Cities. Public Schools are the legacy of the John Dewey (1859-1962) inspired educational sausage factories.  Grinding out graduates with the impersonal regularity of Jimmy Dean.  Dewey was raised by a strict Calvinist fundamentalist Christian mother. Late in life, he declared himself an agnostic socialist.  It surprised few.

Global Elites Flirt with Post-modern Neo-Marxism

Global Elites Flirt with Post-modern Neo-Marxism"The Great Reset is the name of the 50th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF), held in June 2020. Democrats and the Asphalt Plantation

Democrats and the Asphalt PlantationNext August will be the tenth anniversary of an article entitled "Obama and the Asphalt Plantation" that posted elsewhere on August 23, 2012.  That 1,400-word piece is condensed below. After reading it, ask yourself: How much has changed since then?  (Moynihan's words are in italics, all others are those of the writer, then and now.)

Progressive culture is destroying America

Progressive culture is destroying AmericaTo the progressive ideologue mindstate, American is a template that awaits enhanced development based on equality of outcome, prideful tribal identity, and the benevolent oversight of an enlightened class of intellectual bureaucrats.   It is the class of elites, in and out of government, who intellectually and intuitively know what's best for We The People.  None dare call them tyrannical, for they have only the best interests of We The People in mind.  To facilitate that, the ruling class deigns to provide The People with the basic necessities of life – sustenance, shelter, health care, and government-designed education.  Cradle to grave.

Biden Puppets Erase an American Maxim

Biden Puppets Erase an American MaximIndividual people and nations live and die by their maxims. Maxims are general truths, fundamental principles, and rules of conduct. The word has been around for at least 700 years. An American maxim recently died. “No one left behind.” In a literal sense, it was never fully accurate. Wars have unavoidable ways of leaving some combatants behind. The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier testifies that the remains of not all KIA’s are identified.

The Road to E Pluribus, Chao (Part 3)

The Road to E Pluribus, ChaoParts 1 & 2 chronicled a series of events that became the focus of the liberal media in America.  Six involved incidents reported as systemic evidence of injustice against Black innocents between July 2009-May 2020.  Before chao (chaos) matured as a political strategy, a fifth, and largely ineffective, street protest – e.g., Occupy Wall Street – was a sidebar that illustrated the need for more organized and demonstrative civil disorder.   And it came about.

The Road to E Pluribus, Chao (Part 2)

The Road to E Pluribus, ChaoPart 1 chronicled a series of five events that became the focus of the liberal media in America.  Four involved incidents reported as systemic evidence of injustice against Black innocents (3 by police, 1 by citizen-law enforcement) between July 2009-April 2014.  Before chao (chaos) matured as a political strategy, a fifth and largely ineffective street protest – e.g., Occupy Wall Street – illustrated the need for more organized and demonstrative civil disorder.

The Road to E Pluribus, Chao

The Road to E Pluribus, ChaoIn 1782, the U.S. Congress made E pluribus Unum – Latin for "Out of many, one" – an unofficial motto of the United States. It was added to the National Seal.  In 1956, Congress passed an act making "In God We Trust" the nation's official motto.  Today, E pluribus unum is devolving into E pluribus chao: "Out of many, chaos".

Is Biden's debacle epic incompetence or calculated intent?

Is Biden's debacle epic incompetence or calculated intent?The answer may be some of both. The three big C's, crisis, chaos and conflict, all increased in America after Donald Trump was elected. The Left soon saw his election less as a loss, and more as an opportunity.

Franz von Papen and today's Republican Party

Franz von Papen and today's Republican PartyIn America today, several members of the Grand Old Party (AKA: GOP) carry the DNA of Germany's next-to-last Chancellor before Hitler and the Nazi Party took over. In the early 1930's, there was a cascade of German leadership:
  • March 29, 1930, Heinrich Brüning, representing the (Catholic) Centre Party, was appointed Chancellor by President Paul von Hindenburg;
  • June 1, 1932, Franz von Papen, also of the Centre Party, became Chancellor when the Weimar Republic collapsed;
  • December 3, 1932, Hindenburg appointed General Kurt von Schleicher (no party) to replace Papen;
  • January 30, 1933, Hindenburg appointed Adolf Hitler (Nazi Party) Chancellor to replace Schleicher.

Joey, the broken marionette

Joey, the broken marionette"A marionette is a puppet controlled from above using wires or strings depending on regional variations. A marionette's puppeteer is called a marionettist. Marionettes are operated with the puppeteer hidden or revealed to an audience by using a vertical or horizontal control bar in different forms of theatres or entertainment venues."  It's time to wonder whether there is a nefarious motive behind the American/Biden/Afghan Debacle. This cascade of blunders, miscalculations and misestimations has achieved epic levels in American history.

Doctors of Death: One Democrat – One Nazi

Doctors of Death: One Democrat – One NaziWith each passing week, we learn a bit more about Dr. Anthony Fauci, the self-proclaimed human incarnation of 'science'.  If you criticize him, you're criticizing 'science'. Smart people don't do that. Besides being the leading national spokesperson for dealing with the Covid-19 Virus, "White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Thursday called Fauci 'an undeniable asset' and said President Biden has full confidence in his health adviser."  Well, that should validate once-and-for-all Fauci's scientific imminence.  Joe has confidence in him.

Democrats Enhance Nazi Propaganda Techniques

Democrats Enhance Nazi Propaganda Techniques1933-1945 Nazi Germany Set the Propaganda Standard Most readers are likely familiar with the Third Reich's use of propaganda.  And, Joseph Goebbels is as well-known as Adolf Hitler.  Below are several sentences that may offer insights into German propaganda between 1933-1945.  While Nazi methods and outcome were vastly more deadly and an eviler version of what's underway in America today, there are parallels between both sets of behaviors.
